The entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional, making us feel safe and excited right away. A special shout-out to our pilot, Stephen – hands down the best pilot this side of the Mississippi! He was not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but also made the ride fun and informative. His calm presence and great sense of humor added so much to the experience. The flight itself was breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to ballooning.
